出来ればお水を汲む時間帯は「午前3時から5時」、「午後9時から11時」が良いそうです。

理想は自宅から50km離れた場所にある湧き水で、汲む量は1.5l程度。
あまり欲張っても効き過ぎて大変なことがあるようですので、程ほどに…
それを9日間に分けていただきます。

吉方位に行かれるのは泊りがけがベストですが
日帰りでも3時間ほどは、その場所で過ごされると良いそうですよ
もちろん温泉も大吉

なぜか何度か引いてみても同じカードばかり出る時が
下は連続して出るカードを個人的に覚書。

立冬、立春、立夏、立秋に当たり、
インボルグがもうすぐやってきます。
時期では2月の１〜3日。

この日は、春の始まりを示し、
ケルトの炎を司る女神Brigit（ブリジット）の祝祭の日でもあります。
火の女神ブリジットは、収穫、自然の豊穣をもたらしてくれる
とても嬉しい神でございまする。

日本では節分が2月3日にありますね。

節分は元々、季節を分けると言う意味。
（立冬、立春、立夏、立秋は節分になるわけです）


日本では、節分に
ヒイラギに鰯を刺して、邪気を家の中に入らせないように家の入り口に飾りますよね。

インボルグでは、
藁や灯火草（マネッチアのことかしら？）で編んだ
ブリギット・クロスを、
家族の幸福と繁栄を願い家の梁に掛けます。

民族が違っていても
やっている儀式が似ていておもしろい。

何よりも春を告げるブリジットに敬意を払い、
そして自分の繁栄を祈りたいです。



インボルグ過ごし方を少し書きますね。



この日は自分自身の生命力が新しくなること、
そして、冬眠から目覚め、
前に向きに自分の望みをアファメーションするのによい日です。

一人ひとりキャンドルを用意してください。

そして大きなボウルに土を入れたものか、
でかいキャンドルを用意します。


これから訪れる春をイメージし、
まるで、暗い土の中から種が芽吹いていくように

フラワーレメディを作ってみたいという方が
意外に多いようなので補足

「保存料のブランデーの量は？」

水とブランデー（ビネガー）を同量ずつ、
または30mi容器に小さじ1杯というのを見かけました。
単純に同量の方が日持ちしそうですね

その前に、お手持ちの容器でしたら煮沸消毒してくださいね
私はガラス製の醤油差しを使ったりしてますが
なかなか手軽で便利ですよ。


フラワーレメディは出来れば快晴の朝、
9時くらいまでに作り始めると良いそうです。

山陰に住んでいるお友達は
「快晴の日なんて滅多にないよ…」と言っていましたが
瞑想で作る方もいらっしゃるくらいなんで大丈夫じゃないかな？
（責任は取れませんが…）

生きている植物を摘み取らずに
そのままお水に浸けて作っていらっしゃる方も見かけました。
その方が元気良さそうですよね

春になったら四つ葉のクローバーで作ってみたいな
クローバーのレメディは関節に良いみたいですが
今のところ関節には問題ないなぁ…。

今日はとってもお天気が良いので
ベランダで育てているワイルドストロベリーさんでチャレンジしてみました。



きれいなガラスの器に天然水（ミネラルウォーター）を注ぎます。
植物に直接触らないように木の枝や葉っぱを使って
水の上に植物を浮かべ３時間ほど太陽に当てます

これはサン・メソッドという方法ですが、簡単でしょ？



最後に、こうして出来上がったマザーティンクチャー（母液）に
保存用にブランディやビネガーを足します。

使うときは４滴ほど飲み物に入れたり、
直接舌下に垂らして使用します

効能は植物によって異なります。
さて、このワイルドストロベリーさん、何に効くんでしょうね
（ハーブとしての効能を調べてみたら自分の状態にぴったりでした。）

ワイルドストロベリーは幸せを呼ぶと言われているそうなので
幸せになるフラワーエッセンスとしておきます

六合神功のブレスレットを作ってみました。



…といっても、知っている方は知っている、
知らない方は何だろう？というモノだと思います。

六合神功というヒーリングテクニックがありまして、
四神（青龍・朱雀・白虎・玄武）や鳳凰、麒麟なるもののエネルギーを呼び出し、
